หมายเหตุ: โฆษกหน่วยงานสื่อและการตอบโต้เร็วของสำนักนายกฯ กัมพูชา ซึ่งออกแถลงการณ์ด่าคุณสนธิ ลิ้มทองกุล ชื่อ นายทิธ สุเธีย (Tith Sothea) เดิมทำงานเป็นสื่อมวลชน สังกัด VOA (The Voice of America) บทบาทก่อนหน้ามักเขียนข่าวและสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มบุคคลที่ต่อต้านรัฐบาลฮุน เซน ภายหลังเข้ารับหน้าที่ในหน่วยงานสื่อฯ ได้เปลี่ยนท่าทีและจุดยืนดังเห็นได้จากข้อความในแถลงการณ์ฉบับดังกล่าว

A recent meeting on 9 Sept in an attempt to address the impact of the closure of the border was obstructed and eventually cancelled by a group of people who called themselves patriots.
The brutality of Thai soldiers is breathtaking. That they are able to kill their own countrymen and women, purposefully aiming and pulling the trigger on unarmed and defenseless Thais, spattering their brains on the streets of Bangkok ought to make us less shocked at their brutal murder of people along the border… but no. It’s shocking.
